Scott is particularly skilled and experienced in handling complex estate planning cases; ensuring that inheritances pass to those intended with the minimum taxation or delay. He is also responsible for overseeing the investment strategies, including asset allocation and selection of investment funds, which he finds particularly interesting given his economics background.
Jan's further education initially led to a career in the NHS. She was then introduced to Financial Services on a part time basis while balancing the demands of family life. Jan is now responsible for managing the business side of Ardmore, with duties including regulatory returns, management accounts and staff management.
Lynne's interest in financial services was sparked while attending The University of the West of Scotland where she obtained a degree in Business Studies. She is now well established in her role at Ardmore and through her ongoing studies, she has gained the highest level of qualification available in the financial services industry, obtaining Fellowship and Chartered Financial Planner status with the Personal Finance Society. Lynne now offers specialist tax planning, business and pension advice.
Bernadette has worked in the Financial Services industry from a young age. She now brings her wealth of experience in bigger businesses to the small business environment at Ardmore. Amongst her other achievements she has gained a Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
Sally graduated from the University of Strathclyde with an Honours Degree in International Business and Finance followed by a Masters degree (with distinction) in Investment and Finance. Whilst at university she studied in America for a period of time. Sally's involvement at Ardmore started as an intern while doing her Masters but since graduating she has become a full–time member of staff and is continuing with her studies.
Casey graduated from the University of Dundee with an Honours Degree in Human Geography. The degree put a strong emphasis on demographics, economics and politics and provides an excellent grounding for a career in the financial services industry.
Outside of work, Casey likes to keep abreast of current affairs both nationally and internationally.
Archie is our Springer Spaniel. He greets everyone coming into the office but spends most of his time sleeping. He loves chasing a ball, swimming and is also partial to a gravy bone.
